Our original and most popular blend. 100% single origin Thai arabica. Red and yellow catimor, roasted to your preference (feel free to mix roast types when ordering our sampler pack):
- Medium – a light-bodied roast with a smooth profile and plenty of caffeine. Our medium roast is primarily used for blending to add aroma.
- Full City – our favorite roast, full city has the best of both worlds. It’s bold but not overpowering, with enough aroma and richness to satisfy a variety of tastes.
- Dark – in our experience, dark roast is usually a gimmick to mask the faults in sub-par coffee, but Red Cliff Coffee’s dark roast uses our same high-quality beans. The result is a bold flavor profile that diehard coffee drinkers appreciate.

This was my first time purchasing from your store. Your coffee is excellent and I will be ordering more, but this time, I will order to make sure that I get one sampler pack ground fine for espresso and one sampler pack ground coarse for French press. I am very pleased with the flavors coming from northern Thailand. I like the sampler packs because I have coffee all times during the day and even in the evening. I have only brewed the City roast so far. I was expecting something more robust in flavor and aroma. I rate this as between OK and Good. I think both flavor and aroma seem to fade if you donÕt drink it quickly. So, I am a little disappointed. I hope the others are better.

My personal Italian coffee machine loves Red Cliff coffee. I was having trouble with several brands getting the rich gold topped cup of coffee and as soon as I switched to Red Cliff, fine grind, city roast it all came good. As Red Cliff says a strong dark roast can be a mask to cover poor flavour so I tried the city roast style and IÕm convinced

I have only tried the medium beans so far but on opening the bag there is a noticeable lack aroma which prompts concerns about freshness and a distinct rubber note to the coffee. Hoping the darker roasts are an improvement.

But I actually received three packs of Dark and one of Medium – all four were ground coffee, rather than the whole beans I ordered. IÕve tried the Medium and itÕs fine, and IÕm happy enough to keep them, but itÕs probably put me off using the service again in future.

I have only tried one pack so far (medium) but I find that I need 3 spoonfuls of coffee to achieve the desired strength, whereas my regular brand was just one spoonful. Hopefully when I sample the stronger blend in the sample pack this can improve – but hey, thatÕs why I bought a sampler pack. Smells great though.
