Highland Select Limited Release
During a recent sourcing trip to the northern highlands, we secured a small quantity of exceptional, high-grade Arabica from a local family producer.
The beans are large, carefully sorted, and typically sold at a premium.
Rather than blend this lot into our standard offering, we chose to release it separately as a Reserve selection.
For this release, we partnered with a specialist Bangkok roaster known for precise medium profiles that highlight sweetness, structure and clarity. This lot is only available in medium roast.
The result is a clean, balanced cup with natural sweetness and a lively brightness that adds definition without overpowering the body. Expect subtle fruit acidity and a crisp, refined finish.
