Our original and most popular blend. 100% single origin Thai arabica. Red and yellow catimor, roasted to your preference:
- Medium – a light-bodied roast with a smooth profile and plenty of caffeine. Our medium roast is primarily used for blending to add aroma.
- Full City – our favorite roast, full city has the best of both worlds. It’s bold but not overpowering, with enough aroma and richness to satisfy a variety of tastes.
- Dark – in our experience, dark roast is usually a gimmick to mask the faults in sub-par coffee, but RedCliff Coffee’s dark roast uses our same high-quality beans. The result is a bold flavor profile that diehard coffee drinkers appreciate.

You must be psychic – I am just about to make another order to try your coffee again. I was going to put a note in the instruction but maybe here will do.
I first tried Red Cliff coffee as a sample pack – Dark x 1, Full City x 2 & Medium x1. I was impressed with all of them – the medium I judged best for our tastes and usual Double-shot flat whites morning & afternoon. So the next order I made was for 1 kg of Medium Roast beans.
From the start this order process seemed strange. As I checked dates after it was obviously almost immediately EMS mailed and my request email of ‘mailing advice’ was sent after the coffee was in my PO Box? At the time I did not think much of this but then when opening the pack to grind the first lot I noticed it seemed to be a blend of dark and lighter roasted beans. The resulting brewed coffee was OK but but I donÕt think the same or as good as the initial ‘Medium’ sample pack.
Since this lot of Coffee I was fortunate enough to have a friend bring me some roasted Doi Chang beans and these were just like the first sample Medium of Red Cliff beans – nice medium brown colour and on oil bleeding. They brewed to superb coffee like the first Medium Red Cliff sample pack. Getting a supply of Doi Chang fresh at my location is a bit problematic and of course I might have just been luck with the first lot of this coffee – over the years I have found coffee beans of any brand variable and as your website indicates buying fresh from stores it very problematic.
Thus I have decided to try another batch of Red Cliff Medium roast which I will order later this week so I can get it fresh from my PO Box in the early part of next week. This assumes your normal routine as I read in you website that you can provide reliably fresh roasted coffee by taking orders and roasting to fill orders. I suspect my last lot was filled by a blend of beans remaining from a previous lot !!?
On the whole my experience of the Red Cliff coffee, despite the above, is that it is much better than pot luck buying from stores and supermarkets.
