Our original and most popular blend. 100% single origin Thai arabica. Red and yellow catimor, roasted to your preference:
- Medium – a light-bodied roast with a smooth profile and plenty of caffeine. Our medium roast is primarily used for blending to add aroma.
- Full City – our favorite roast, full city has the best of both worlds. It’s bold but not overpowering, with enough aroma and richness to satisfy a variety of tastes.
- Dark – in our experience, dark roast is usually a gimmick to mask the faults in sub-par coffee, but RedCliff Coffee’s dark roast uses our same high-quality beans. The result is a bold flavor profile that diehard coffee drinkers appreciate.

I did a course grind on the dark blend coffee beans I ordered for my drip coffee maker. The coffee tasted great and it had no acidic after taste. I will be a repeat customer.

No flavor or aroma. But regardless of that, the grind was COMPLETELY wrong. The beans were ground so fine it was a powder, maybe could be used for a Turkish press (the finest of grinds) but definitely not the correct grind for a Drip Coffee Machine, probably even too fine of a grind for an Espresso machine. Tried two different times, both times the grind was so fine the water would overflow in the filter. I threw the remainder of the coffee out. Definitely wonÕt order again.

So far I only tried the full city roast. I have the medium roast as well but not yet tried it. Regarding full city: for my taste itÕs ok but definitely lacks in aroma. Aroma is very weak. I brewed it with a French press and mocha pot. Maybe the medium roast will be more to my taste. Thanks .

I bought the medium roast smaller bag to try out the coffee. They talk about a light roast on the web site, but didnÕt offer one for sale :(. It took about 3 days to get an acknowledgement of my payment, which was a little uncomfortable, but after that the communication was good. As to the coffee, well, itÕs the best Thai coffee IÕve tasted. In fact, itÕs the only Thai coffee IÕve been willing to drink. And IÕm going to re-order, so that says something.
